Useful phrases

• Ich wollte das umtauschen. = I wanted to exchange this.
• Haben Sie das auch in größer/kleiner? = do you have this bigger/smaller?
• Das war leider nicht dabei. = that was unfortunately not included.
• Können Sie kurz nachschauen? = could you quickly check?
• Das ging irgendwie schief. = that somehow went wrong.
