Model dialogue

A: Guten Tag, Praxis Hoffmann.
B: Hallo, ich habe morgen einen Termin, aber ich kann leider nicht kommen.
A: Kein Problem. Wann passt es Ihnen?
B: Wäre Freitagvormittag möglich?
A: Ja, wir hätten um 10:30 einen Termin frei.
B: Perfekt, dann Freitag um 10:30. Vielen Dank!

Variant response

If Friday is not available: A: Leider ist Freitag ausgebucht.
B: Dann passt Montag um 9 Uhr auch.

Correction notes

• Good: clear reason + clear request + clear confirmation
• Improve: avoid very long explanations
• Key check: repeat final appointment details

In A2 tasks, clear task completion matters more than complex grammar.
